PortCity is a full-service third-party logistics (3PL) provider headquartered in Savannah, Georgia. With proximity to the Port of Savannah, they offer end-to-end logistics solutions across warehousing, transportation, drayage, and freight management.

Serving a diverse range of industries, PortCity is known for its speed, scalability, and commitment to technology-driven operations. The business operates through multiple divisions including Fleet and freight management and relies on modern TMS and WMS platforms to keep goods moving and customers informed.

As a fast-growing logistics partner, PortCity is focused on streamlining its technology stack, improving operational efficiency, and delivering real-time visibility across the supply chain. Their existing EDI platform couldn’t keep up with the pace or flexibility their business demanded.

Challenges Faced
