Jim Gonzalez

The Brain behind EDI Support LLC

Jim is the Founder and CEO of EDI Support LLC who brings over 25 years of experience in EDI and document integration with a passion to go above and beyond for his customers. He enjoys solving his clients’ problems and helps them become self-sufficient. His family and friends are the most important to him. In his spare time, you can find him investing in real estate, learning, reading, watching sports or spending time with his dogs. He loves to laugh and have a good time with good people. He volunteers with the Children’s Home of Reading and also supports the local Animal Rescue League. He wants to be remembered as a great Dad, loving family member and friend. He believes “Your name is the only thing you can take with you”

Sarah Lowe

Integration Specialist/ Project Manager

Sarah brings more than 20 years in a range of data integration, process-development, support, and technical-writing roles. She has a BA from Azusa Pacific University and has taken continuing-education college courses in programming, SQL Server architecture, and Unix/Linux operating systems. When she’s not working, Sarah enjoys martial arts (she has a first-degree black belt in aikido), horseback riding, and hanging out with her dog Sundance. She’s passionate about supporting clients, maintaining excellent communication and helping people meet their EDI-integration goals.

Anthony Gonzalez

EDI Specialist

Tony is a hardworking family man with a wealth of knowledge in many fields due to an insatiable appetite to learn and excel. With respect to internet technology and computer science, he has 20 years of experience in customer service and over 10 years in Web Development field including Graphic design, web applications, GUIs, SQL Server databases, and numerous programming languages. He holds a AA in Web Development along with certifications in Adobe, IBM, and Oracle products. Tony is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and ongoing volunteer with the United Way. He enjoys his off time going out to eat, spending time with his family, online gaming, learning new things and side business ventures

Alex James

Integration Specialist

Alex is an integration enthusiast with 15 years of experience in designing and implementing application integration solutions using Integration suites such as Boomi, SEEBURGER and webMethods. He is adept in EDI & API and strives to build integrations using integration principles and best practices. He firmly believes customers deserve best service at an affordable cost and a great team can create wonders. His interests include writing technical content, learning about investments and Blockchain. He loves travelling with his family and exploring new places.

Amber Henderson

EDI Consultant

With 14 years in IT, Amber specializes in EDI analysis and implementation across ERP systems, particularly in the furniture and automotive industries. She has optimized EDI processes, boosting operational efficiency and business outcomes. Holding a Master’s in IT from California Baptist University, Amber brings expertise in 3PL, freight forwarding, and supply chain optimization.
