Let’s talk about the reality of EDI Processing

EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and Document Integration into your back-office systems are support intensive processes which should involve the right systems and people for successful implementations.
The reason we say that is because there are several moving parts to an EDI process starting from planning, set-up, mapping, testing, going live, fixing errors and on-going support.
In the real world, this overall implementation process is not always smooth. You will come across situations like:

The Brain behind EDI Support LLC

Jim is the Founder and CEO of EDI Support LLC who brings over 25 years of experience in EDI and document integration with a passion to go above and beyond for his customers. He enjoys solving his clients’ problems and helps them become self-sufficient. His family and friends are the most important to him. In his spare time, you can find him investing in real estate, learning, reading, watching sports or spending time with his dogs. He loves to laugh and have a good time with good people. He volunteers with the Children’s Home of Reading and also supports the local Animal Rescue League. He wants to be remembered as a great Dad, loving family member and friend. He believes “Your name is the only thing you can take with you”

Sarah Lowe

Director of Customer Support

Sarah brings more than 20 years in a range of data integration, process-development, support, and technical-writing roles. She has a BA from Azusa Pacific University and has taken continuing-education college courses in programming, SQL Server architecture, and Unix/Linux operating systems. When she’s not working, Sarah enjoys martial arts (she has a first-degree black belt in aikido), horseback riding, and hanging out with her dog Sundance. She’s passionate about supporting clients, maintaining excellent communication and helping people meet their EDI-integration goals.
